Police: Alec Baldwin Arrested After Riding Bike Wrong Way On Fifth Avenue

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Actor Alec Baldwin was arrested Tuesday morning and issued two summonses after police said he acted belligerently toward two officers who had stopped him for riding his bike the wrong way down the street.
