Sinead O’Connor has penned yet another open letter to the young pop star, demanding an apology and threatening legal action if she doesn’t get one.
What started as ’90s star Sinead O’Connor offering current pop culture sensation Miley Cyrus some rather stern career advice has exploded into an all-out war of words between the two artists.
“If I really want[ed] to come out and do a raunchy sex show, I wouldn’t have been dressed as a damn bear,” Cyrus said, reflecting on her VMA performance.
Cyrus, at 20, is hardly an old timer herself. And notably for the charts, that means the No. 1 and No. 2 spots (Cyrus is still in possession of the latter) were born in the ’90s.
