A newly released time lapse video shows the venue’s construction through the years and seasons, spanning from the ground-breaking ceremony in March 2010 all the way up to today.
Brooklyn’s new Barclays Center is officially open to the public, and to the now Brooklyn Nets. To mark this monumental opening, Jay-Z, a partial owner of the Nets, grabbed a mic and christened the sports arena/concert hall with two dozen songs in front of an audience of 18,000.
