Ever wondered what happened to the original infamous hat in Pharrell‘s repertoire, the one that he donned at the GRAMMYs earlier this year, thus spawning a thousand memes and parodies?

The Washington Post reports that Pharrell’s GRAMMY hat has landed a home, for a time.

It will be on display at the Newseum in Washington D.C.

Arby’s acquired the Vivienne Westwood-designed hat in an eBay auction after the GRAMMYs, with proceeds going to From One Hand to Another, a charity that supports Pharrell Williams’ Resource Centers with learning programs for youth aged 7-20.

The Newseum catalogs the history of news. Current exhibits are varied, including one on the Anchorman films, another on how the Civil War changed journalism and yet another on presidential pets, focused on the dogs of the White House.
