Justin Bieber FaceTimes Malala Yousafzai, Says He Wants To Help Support Female Education
By Shannon Carlin
Sometimes, Justin Bieber does something that doesn’t completely infuriate the world. This is one of those times.
Yesterday (August 7), the Biebz took some time to FaceTime with Malala Yousafzai, the Pakistani teen who became an inspirational figure after the Taliban shot her in the head in 2012 for criticizing the group’s interpretation of Islam and limiting women’s access to education.
Bieber posted a photo of him and Yousafzai to Instagram with the caption, “Just got to FaceTime with Malala Yousafzai. She has such an incredible story. I can’t wait to meet her in person and talk about how I can support her and the@malalafund. #love”
