By Scott T. Sterling
One Direction has made a point of keeping fans on their collective toes with their musical choices forgoing just simply producing tween-ready pop anthems to take surprising turns, such as the 2013 single, “Story of My Life,” which seemed to channel Mumford & Sons.
It appears the band will continue evolving its sound on upcoming releases, with NME reporting that the guys have been working with early aughts alt-rockers Good Charlotte as well as emerging Irish band Kodaline on music presumably destined for an upcoming LP.
