Ke$ha Postpones U.S. Tour to Extend Rehab Stay
By Scott T. Sterling
Ke$ha shocked fans earlier this year when she checked herself into a Chicago rehabilitation center for an undisclosed eating disorder.
Now, the “Timber” singer has announced that she’ll postpone U.S. tour dates originally scheduled for this spring to extend her stay in rehab to deal with the disorder.
“I was so looking forward to performing at these dates but I need to follow my Doctor’s advice and get my health back on track,” the star said in a press release (via Billboard). “All of your support during this time has been so amazing. I couldn’t have done this without you all. I look forward to coming back stronger than ever on the next tour.”
