Melissa McCarthy’s Cover, Arnold For Prez & James Franco the Rebound: It’s the Hollywood Hotsheet!
Elle has responded to the backlash over Melissa McCarthy’s cover…the cover in their Women in Hollywood series that shows the Mike & Molly actress in a big winter coat which completely covers her up.
Critics are not thrilled that thinner actresses like Reese Whitherspoon and Penelope Cruz were shown in revealing, sexy clothes while Melissa McCarthy was swallowed up by the voluminous clothing. Slate called her the magazine’s “token plus-size cover girl,” whose coat is “so huge…she could hide her Mike and Molly co-star Billy Gardel underneath.
Elle’s response was that Melissa worked with the stylists to pick the look and that she is gorgeous on the cover.
Arnold Schwarzenegger for president?
The Post says the former Governator is mounting a campaign to terminate the law in the Constitution that keeps non-natural-born U.S. citizens from becoming president so that he can run in 2016.
James Franco can do it all actor, writer, NYU student and now boyfriend revenge toy.
US Weekly says the 35-year-old was doing a photo shoot in a Beverly Hills home when he found out the 15-year-old who lives there was upset that her boyfriend broke up with her. Since the ex-boyfriend was a big James Franco fan, he took a picture with his arms around the teen and told her to post it to Facebook.
