Imagine Dragons Announce ‘Into The Night’ Tour
You’ve been hearing Imagine Dragon’s song “Radioactive” on your local radio station all summer long, now catch them live on their 21-date arena tour.
The band announced today (October 7) that they are hitting the road this winter for the final leg of their Night Visions tour. The Into The Night tour kicks off on February 8 in Boise, Idaho and has the band playing arenas in Dallas, Nashville, and Chicago, just to name a few.
“It has been a crazy year since releasing our debut album – and we owe it all to you and your incredible support,” the band wrote on their website. “Very soon we will be locking ourselves in the recording studio, hard at work on the next chapter.”
The tour features the Naked and Famous in the opening slot, along with special guests like Nico Vega and X Ambassadors for select dates. Tickets for the final chapter of their North American tour go on sale this Friday (October 11).
Along with the new tour dates, the band announced that on October 22 they will release a remix bundle of their current single “Demons,” which will include remixes, a music video, and a live acoustic performance of the track. (Listen to the “Demons” remix below.)
In an interview with Radio.com, frontman Dan Reynolds said this past year–from their sold out tour to “Radioactive” spending over 49 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 chart–has exceeded all their expectations.
“I don’t think any of us expected last year to blow up exponentially like this,” Reynolds said. “But I think we’re all just delightfully surprised.”
