Lady Gaga Will Premiere New ‘ARTPOP’ Song At The VMAs
While we don’t know yet whether she’ll arrive in a meat dress or be carried in by a litter of men inside one of those pods from Alien, we do know one thing: Lady Gaga will perform her new, “yet-to-be-named” single at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards.
Taking place for the first time at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, the VMAs will play host to our first taste of Lady Gaga’s new album, ARTPOP, on August 25th at 9 p.m. ET. Gaga is the first performer announced for the VMAs, with many more to follow, according to a press release.
While Lady Gaga is not nominated for a VMA this year, her 4th LP ARTPOP will no doubt garner nominations for the 2014 awards.
