Go Behind the Scenes Of Chris Brown’s ‘They Don’t Know’ [VIDEO]
“They Don’t Know” took Brown to a Compton, CA neighborhood where throngs of screaming fans and extras gave a pumped up energy to the moody ballad.
Breezy first revealed the video concept last month at the BET Awards 2013 press conference, explaining the real-life inspiration behind his chosen location.
“I shot it in the ‘hood. I went to 60th Street and Cedar Block,” Brown said. “[I’m] bringing both worlds together and trying to uplift the poverty side of the community and show them where I’m from. I’m from Virginia, but everybody comes from a broken home or being broke — I remember when I was.”
