Can we stop calling it “the forgotten borough,” already?
Currently on tour supporting her latest album, Human Again, Staten Island, NY native Ingrid Michaelson is making her way back to the borough of parks for a hometown concert to help support the Staten Island Museum with a performance at the newly renovated St. George Theatre this September.
Not only are tickets on sale to see Ingrid perform, but they are also selling “Meet The Artist After Party tickets for Tier 1 – VIP ticket holders” for an extra hundred bucks. Better start savin’ now – it’s for a good cause!
You’re sure to hear some Ingrid classics as well as some of her latest tracks off of Human Again.
If you can’t wait that long to catch Ingrid, she’s also performing this Friday, August 3rd at the Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank, NJ.
But the fun doesn’t end there, Islanders! Also coming to the St. George Theatre is NYC native and comedic legend Jerry Seinfeld. For the first time in 14 years, Jerry is taking the stage to perform his iconic comedy routine on a new tour. In the Big Apple, he’s performing for five nights only, one show in each borough.
Jerry will be at the St. George Theatre on November 1 at 8PM. Tickets are $89. Not too bad for a night with a comedic legend!
The rest of Jerry’s NYC dates are as follows:
10/4 – Beacon Theatre – NYC
10/11 – Lehman Performing Arts Center – Bronx, NY
10/18 – Colden Center – Queens College – Flushing, NY
11/1 – St. George Theatre – Staten Island, NY
11/8 – Walt Whitman Theatre @ Brooklyn College – Brooklyn, NY
Finally, Debbie Harry and the rest of Blondie will be taking the stage at the St. George Theatre on October 4th. Be prepared to hear the hits you know and love alongside new music from their latest album, ‘Panic Of Girls.’
Tickets are set to go on sale soon.
