Lindsay Lohan was in court today to face the judge after she allegedly violated probation by not attending her court-ordered community service and therapy sessions.
The actress admitted to violating her probation and in sentencing, the judge decided to do what she called “putting the keys to the jail in the defendant’s hands.”

Lindsay faces 300 days in jail but as a deal, the judge sentenced her to 30 days in jail to start in one week.
Those have to be served in jail, so no house arrest, but once they are done, she would have over a month to do 12 days of community service at the LA Morgue and four therapy sessions.
The morgue?? That’s some hard justice.

On December 14th, she’ll appear before the judge and if she completed the work, then the remaining 270 days she still needs to serve will be stayed for another month.
In the meantime, she can’t leave the country and can only leave California for work or family reasons. If she violates probation at any time though, a warrant will be put out for her arrest.
What do you think of the sentencing? Too tough? Not tough enough? Let us know in the comments section below!
