OK, you might be thinking what we first thought when we saw this nail style, “I do this all the time…on accident!” Which we think is the main perk of the ombre nail. The lines can have a more “tie-dye/watercolor” effect so you have a lot more room to mess up.

Just use three complimentary colors that are just a few shades different than each other like these punchy purples above.
