Ultimate Comic Con Coverage: Twilight: Breaking Breakfast (page 2)
While Pattinson, Stewart, Lautner and Condon didn’t reveal anything that the books and forthcoming movie won’t, they seemed at ease talking about their work and the positive experience they’d gleaned from being part of this fledgling cast. Pattinson and Stewart talked of their time filming in Brazil, Lautner begrudged the fact that he hadn’t been able to attend that portion of filming and they all discussed their personal awkward moments on set: apparently Stewart had a hard time every time she had to handle the baby and Pattinson didn’t enjoy scenes where he had to remove his shirt. “I managed to go through the whole saga without removing (it) – I was foiled by the last movie!”
When asked if they thought this was it for the saga, or whether the series would continue, Pattinson continued and joked, “I’m not sure what they’d call a follow-up… Twilight: Breakfast? Brunch maybe?!”
The big take-away from this session was that the stars of Twilight are as natural in person as they are on screen. From the brooding of Kristen Stewart, to the understated charm of Robert Pattinson to the approachable and affable Taylor Lautner; they’re perfectly cast for the defining roles of their young careers.
Twilight: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 opens in theaters nationwide November 18, 2011.
