When it comes to Lady Gaga, it’s not usually the woman’s hair that people focus on. In an effort to share the limelight with her cranium, Ms. Gaga wrote a whole song just about her hair. It goes a little something like this:
“I’ve had enough /This is my prayer /That I’ll die living just as free as my hair…”

“I’ve had enough / I’m not a freak /
I must keep fighting to stay cool on the streets…”
I reserve judgement on the status of Lady Gaga’s freakdom, but she definitely tipped the balance at a recent performance on the British talk show, The Paul O’Grady Show. On the show, Gaga pulled a full-out [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Sinéad O’Connor[/lastfm] (I’d like to point out that good ole Sinéad also liked to wear the clothes of the Catholic clergy on occasion), going fully bald for her appearance.
While imparting the love of her (non-existent) hair through song, Gaga tried on the various wigs that were displayed on the piano she was playing.
I guess there’s a statement about something there.
What do you think of Lady Gaga’s new do? Do you think there will be thousands of bald little monsters running around the streets! Yeah, we doubt it too!
