Okay ladies, now that Spring is here it’s time to start thinking about our wardrobe for the warmer weather.
It amazes me how the weather dictates what we girls eat. With the change of season comes a change of diet and you know what that means… saying goodbye to the comfort foods of winter like cheeseburgers, fries, grilled cheese sandwiches, hot fudge brownies, chocolate chip cookies.
Oooooweee – Please excuse me while I wipe the drool from my chin!
Guys have no idea how lucky they are to be able to consume incredible amounts of anything and still get beach body ready when the time comes. Meanwhile, we have to eat insane amounts of grass and cucumbers and say “no” to our favorite brand of chips & dip amongst other things. Not to mention, the extra spin and group classes we have to add to our already packed day. But I guess there’s no use complaining.
It is what it is so I will simply dig into another plate of “blah blah blah” (and yes this was my lunch today)…
While my male friends continue to enjoy some “yum yum yum”!
