Oh you heard it right… just 7 months after his divorce from Sandra Bullock was finalized, the cheater is engaged.  To whom, you ask?

Jesse is planning on marrying Kat Von D! She’s a tattoo artist in LA…even has her own TV show revolving around her shop.

Despite hearing that they broke up a while ago, People.com is reporting this is a very true story and when contacted, Jesse said: “Growing old with her is going to be a f’ing blast!”

Quite optimistic, I’d say.
