
[lastfm]Train[/lastfm] have been in the music business longer than [lastfm]John Mayer[/lastfm], but that doesn’t mean that they aren’t getting educated by Mayer while out on the road with him. [lastfm]Pat Monahan[/lastfm], who is the frontman for Train, Tweeted “learning a lot” from being able to watch John perform every night. The tour lands in Clarkston, Michigan tonight.

John Mayer and Train canceled a show in Hershey, PA this past weekend. Apparently, a pretty bad thunderstorm blew through and damaged some of John Mayer’s equipment. At JohnMayer.com a post read that the equipment was “damaged beyond repair“. The show has been rescheduled for August 5th.
