The legal drama between [lastfm]The Fray[/lastfm] and their former manager keeps on going.
According to Billboard.com, the band’s former manager Gregg Latterman claims the band owes his company over $750,000 and that the Denver band had tried to prematurely get out of their management contract with him as the band’s popularity grew.
The Fray say that Latterman had failed to tell them that his company was getting ownership of part of the band’s music when they signed a contract with him in 2005.
A conference to settle the whole situation has been set for May 19th.
