The Boys of Broadway are competing this evening for the Broadway Beauty Pageant!  That’s just one of the many things that are Fresh Around Town today!

1. Happening tonight is the Broadway Beauty Pageant!  Celebrities will judge Broadway’s hottest chorus boys as they compete for the crown, in the interview, talent and swimsuit portions of competition. Benefiting the Ali Forney Center, NYC’s primary emergency housing resource for homeless LGBT youth.  That’s at 8pm at the Peter Jay Sharp Theatre.

2. Put down the Appletini, step away from the Cosmos, and join the Village Pourhouse for a ladies only beer tasting.  If you thought brew wasn’t for you, this class will teach you the basics and give you some new options at the bar. Led by their very own beer master, you’ll get to chow down on their appetizers as well!  That’s happening at 7pm.

3. And in sports, the Mets have a home game vs. Chicago Cubs at 7:10 this evening.
